English III is part of different bachelor’s programs offered by Universidad Tec de Oriente. This class will give you the tools to form short sentences, and learn basic vocabulary about work, school, and family, perfect for daily social situations! This approach will help you practice and improve your English skills, with writing, listening, and grammar exercises that will help you! Get ready to speak!
Objective
The objective of English III Level A2- is to use grammar, reading, and speaking skills with the present, past and future. Increasing your vocabulary to improve your English linguistic skills. This will be done by describing objects, places and people.
The skills required to be part of this class are:
- Being enrolled in a bachelor’s program offered by this university.
Classwork Policies
The English III course consists of 12 sessions; each session includes a video, a passage or article, an activity, and a short quiz. Students enrolled are responsible for:
- Working with one Aldea per week before attending classes.
- Doing all activities assigned on the «Mi Aldea TDO» platform on time.
- Taking quizzes before class and passing them with 80% or higher. You have only two chances to take your quiz.
- Completing the activities in your English notebook to review and correct them during class.
Also, students must not:
- Completing more than the assigned Aldeas per week or completing all the Aldeas in one week or at the end of the course.
- Uploading low-quality or illegible files, images, or documents to the classroom platform.
Assessment
Summative: It includes the evidence and development of different tasks and expected learning outcomes in the English II course. Working with the TDO Aldea 30%
